All Dogs on Deck 2022

Seattle Pup had the pleasure of attending the Seattle Boat Show for the All Dogs on Deck day! And we were quite impressed with the turnout. From tiny yorkies to a giant newfoundland, seasoned deck dogs to therapy dogs in training, there was such a wide variety of pups to play with!

The first 50 pups in the door for yappy hour at 5pm received free life jackets. And all pets who were willing got to pose for photos on a real boat! Rainier Veterinary professionals were available on-hand to aid any dogs if needed. They were also readily available to answer any questions from owners, spread the word about dental health awareness month, and promote the amazing success stories made possible by the Rainier Animal Fund. We also got the inside scoop on their favorite pet bakery: The Seattle Barkery.

It was such a treat to see new and old pups meet and become friends and become the social lubricant humans sometimes need to come out of their shell and socialize. No matter their differences, when asked, each owner said that their pup loves water! Events like these are such a great place to meet new friends (both for you and your doggo) with similar hobbies that can help forge a bond for life.
