Lyft, Uber, and Taxis
Lyft, Uber, and taxi drivers have the right to say no to traveling with a non-service dog.  These companies suggest that riders contact their drivers immediately after receiving confirmation to confirm whether or not their animal may join the ride.
Zipcar, Car-2-Go, ReachNow, and Rental Cars
Car sharing and rental car companies insist that dogs be kept in kennels or carriers when in the car.   Please note that they will charge a hefty fee if the car shows doggie wear and tear (muddy paw prints, fur, nose prints on the window).
