Contribute to Seattle Pup!
Seattle Pup is a community-driven web portal and print publication. We accept articles and images year- round for publication online and in print. Please follow the directions for submitting your work carefully. Material that is not submitted properly will not be reviewed for publication. Please note that Seattle Pup vets all submissions and if your work is accepted it will be edited to fit our parameters. Contributions to Seattle Pup are voluntary and no monetary compensation will be provided.
Artwork
All artwork must be original and not been published elsewhere. All artwork must have a release form sent along with it. All humans that are recognizable in photographs must have a model release form filled out and signed by the subject of the photograph. Children (under the age of 18) require a similar form that must be filled out by their parent or legal guardian. Only artwork submitted digitally will be accepted. We do not accept print outs/hard copies of artwork. All images must be high quality. If you have questions please contact us.
Written Work
Seattle Pup encourages local authors to submit their work! We also accept articles written in languages other than English! All non-English submissions must have an English translation. Articles, short stories, poetry, and other written work must be original and not been published elsewhere. All written work must have a release form sent along with it. You can find more information and the release form here. Please limit articles to no longer than 500 words. We do make exceptions, so please let us know if you have an article that is longer than this and we can see what we can do.
To submit your work please send an email to info@seattlepup.com with the release form filled out and signed (scanned). If your work is too high quality to send by email please provide a link via www.dropbox.com.
